Libyan footballers playing overseas won’t join team against Tunisia Featured

The Libyan footballer, Ayman Zayed, who plays for a US club said he won’t join his national team in the upcoming match against Tunisia.

The match is supposed to take place on November 11 in Algeria as part of the 2018 World Cup qualifiers.

The game will be the second for Libya in the African qualification for the Russian 2018 World Cup.

Meanwhile, Al-Sadiq Al-Fitouri, who plays for Manchester United, also said he won’t be joining the team because he wants to stay focused on playing with his club.

This leaves the Libyan coach Jalal Al-Damja with 24 players, 6 of whom play for Arab and European teams.
